Screen filter

Screen filters are used as primary filters in small agricultural systems. The screen of this type of filter is designed in the form of a grid template to meet the high resistance and the need for variable sizing. The outside of the mold is covered with a double layer of stainless steel screen and its degree of filtration is 130 microns. Input and output sizes are available from 2 inches to 4 inches.

How the screen filter works:

Screen filters are one of the oldest and most common types of filters in agricultural systems. These types of filters have a high ability to filter hard and hard particles, such as particles resulting from corrosion and rust. Screen filters are not recommended for filtering organic particles such as algae.

When water enters the filter and passes through the screen, the suspended particles in the water will be placed on the screen and after a while they will get dirty. In this case, the screen must be removed from the inside of the filter and cleaned. The design of these filters is done in such a way that the screen is removed and re-installed in the easiest way and only by opening and closing a steel belt. Screen cleaning can also be done by rinsing with running water or using a suitable brush.
